Babel のアップデート・サイトを追加する
Help → Software Updates を選択してください。
上段のタブ Available Software を選択してください。デフォールトのアップデート・サイトは次のようになっています。
Add Site...を選び、Location に http://download.eclipse.org/technology/babel/update-site/ganymede を入力して OK を押してください。
