- We need to make it easier for people in the community to participate
- Build a list of compatibility work that needs to happen
- If people can quickly find manageable pieces to work on they may be more inclined to help out
- SWT/CSS update:
- Ability to reskin all widgets is now in place
- Reskin event allows a listener a chance to reskin a widgets
- Reskinning happens before layout and sizing to minimize risk of infinite loops
- Trim in place in e4 workbench
- Work progressing on 20 things services
- Dirty state in parts working
- Investigating how to reconcile user modifications to the application's default user interface "layout" (bug 295524)
- Building towards 1.0 M2
- Adopted JSR-330 annotations for injection as much as possible
- Open social
- Integration of gadgets in the workbench making progress
- Integration of gadgets with properties dialog for preferences
- Talking with graphics designers about e4 UI visual design refresh
