Introduction

'E4' is the incubator code name for the next major version of the Eclipse platform, 4.0. Topics being investigated include declarative UIs (CSS, etc.), scripting (Javascript and others), flexible resource models, plugins implemented in other languages, and DOM driven RESTful architectures.

Project Proposal

A draft project proposal for a new e4 top level project as a wiki page. Those who intend on contributing/participating in e4 should feel free to edit the proposal. In particular, please add a subsection un Specific Areas of Work briefly describing the area you intend to contribute to.
