- The digital representation of a set of Claims made by one Party about itself or another person, group, thing or concept
Details
A Digital Identity is the "runtime" representation of identity information about a person, group thing or concept. A Digital Identity is in Higgins analogous to a security token used in an identity exchange. It is often digitally signed by an issuer. The issuer may be the "source" of the claims being made in the Digital Identity, but the source may be another person, group, etc.
