David is an XML Data Architect for the [[http://www.starstandard.org/ STAR]], a B2B data standards organization specializing in XML data standards for the Automotive, Marine, Heavy Duty Trucks, and Powersports industry.  He is a committer on the Eclipse Web Tools Incubator project working on [[XSLT_Project XSL Tools]], [[WTP/VisualXMLEditor/Proposal VEX]], and [[New_Eclipse_Plugin_for_XQuery XQuery]] editors.  He is also helping with the XML Security Tools as well.  He is currently mentoring the SOA Tools BPMN project.

He is a committer on the Eclipse Web Tools Incubator project working on XSL Tools, VEX, and XQuery editors. He is also helping with the XML Security Tools as well.
