- Fitz created a bug branch for a fix, but then had trouble getting it merged in the main stream. The Build team pushed the tags and restarted the build. It didn't make RC3, so it went into RC4.
- It's time to branch off v1.9.1 (since we're near the release) and carry on with v1.9.2. Linda will ask the build team to do the branching.
