- We plan to switch our Juno release to Java 6 by the end of the M5 milestone (January 30). That means we should do the Indigo/Juno branch by the end of the 2nd week of January in order to leave time to make whatever changes are needed for the switch.
- We discussed whether we need to make any code changes for JDBC 1.6 compatibility. During the meeting Brian P. verified that the DTP code compiles cleanly with Java 6, so apparently we have the plugin Java version compatibility settings set correctly. We briefly discussed whether to go ahead and upgrade our JDBC implementations to conform to the 1.6 interfaces, but decided to leave things as they are.
- Brian P. still needs to tweak the plugin versions for the SQL Dev Tools plugins, based on the report from the Build team
- We still need to do the "docu-ware" for the Juno release.
