- (John): Reminder -- Eclipse Council meetings on Wed and Thurs this week. This means John will have only period access to email at best and limited ability to react to situations.
- (John): Max's CVS package rights provided to EMO, awaiting rest of committer paperwork
- (John): DTP 1.5RC4 status update
- How to handle any changes between DTP 1.5RC4 and 1.5 release? Proposal:
- Must 1.5 uploaded by end of 27th (Wed.)
- Allow for last minute changes for serious problems:
- Petition dtp-pmc
- All three PMC members agree
- Justification, risks, and changes must be clearly stated
- Review by additional committer
- Only those plug-ins (+ features) changed will be rolled into the RC4 build
- Committer promises to test afterwards and notate bug
