This topics are a draft list of the tasks and priorities for the next months for TmL project.

Please send any comments, suggestions or question for our mailing list. The result of this discussion will be compiled and it will define our roadmap.

Q2/2008

  1. New version of TmL site and wiki
  2. Election of new committers: Daniel Franco and Otavio Ferranti
  3. Election of new project leader: Eric Cloninger
  4. Tutorials to support the current code in CVS
  5. Planning release train after Ganimede
  6. Alignment with LiMo Strategy
  7. Proof of concept for Device Proxy
  8. Contribution to VNC Protocol
  9. New instance device wizard
  10. Submit paper proposal to FROSCON (end of june)

Q3/2008

  1. Planning and documenting future integration with TM project
  2. New state machine modeling
  3. Studio Integration
  4. Review this roadmap to align with Eclipse 4.0 release train
  5. Modeling Simulated end-to-end environment
  6. Review and Release TmL 0.1
  7. Fix bug of VNC Remote Display

Q4/2008

  1. Release TmL 0.1.1 to support Eclipse Ganymede update 3.4.1, as necessary
  2. First version of Device Proxy
  3. Address bug of VNC Stuff
  4. Refine core framework
  5. First simulated end-to-end environment proof of concept
  6. Release milestone M4 coinciding with those for the release train of Eclipse 3.5

Q1/2009

  1. Release TmL 0.1.2 to support Eclipse Ganymede update 3.4.2, as necessary
  2. Simulated end-to-end environment – first version
  3. EclipseCon2009
    1. Short Talk
    2. Long Talk
    3. Tutorial
  4. Release milestones M5 and M6, coinciding with those for the release train of Eclipse 3.5

Q2/2009

  1. Release milestone M7, coinciding with those for the release train of Eclipse 3.5
  2. Release Candidates RC1 and beyond coinciding with those for the release train of Eclipse 3.5
  3. TmL 0.2 – Release TmL 0.2 with Eclipse 3.5

  1. Linux and ST demo board samples
