Discussion
John led the discussion on design for support of xml:base in the SML validator. This was a needed change for spec compliance. Discussion did not deviate substantially from the design document as John laid out so rather than recap the design discussion in these minutes, please refer to the design document and pose any questions based on it. We also discussed at a high level the next steps for the SDD use case design documents. Those are in plan to be updated in preparation for the architecture call next week.
