Review Data Collection Prototype--Joel

First pass at identifying user interface options past our March deliverable, e.g. servlets, JSR 168, RCP, etc.... This should be driven from the Data Reporting component
Loose coupling & dynamic binding support for the internal components, similar to an SCA like approach (Joel)
Platform Support

These are areas that we need to discuss, but given the two topics above, they will be scheduled for a later meeting.
