Preinstalled Server Download

Since the wiki content always gets out-dated rather qickly compared to the published builds the preinstalled CDO server download is removed from the wiki until a solution is found to include it into the automatic build.

The best approach is to generate a new server installation from the file CDOServer.product. When you checked out all the sources via All.psf (see Sources it is found in the org.eclipse.emf.cdo.server.product feature. This way you should be able to tweak the installation for linux as well.
