Purpose

This document describes a set of ramp down rules for the BIRT 2.3 Release. The Builds and Release decisions occurs on the dates listed for each Release Candidate

May 6 : BIRT 2.3 RCO

Through May 4, Testing and Fix pass.
Monday May 5 : BIRT 2.3 RCO Candidate build
Monday May 5 until Tuesday May 6: RCO Candidate testing. Ganymede update site update.
Tuesday May 6 until Wednesday May 7: Candidate build repackage with WTP RC0 and vote for the candidate build.


May 20 : BIRT 2.3 RC1

Through May 18, Testing and Fix pass.
Monday May 19 : BIRT 2.3 RC1 Candidate build
Monday May 19 until Tuesday May 20: RC1 Candidate testing. Ganymede update site update.
Tuesday May 20 until Wednesday May 21: Candidate build repackage with WTP RC1 and vote for the candidate build.


May 27 : BIRT 2.3 RC2

Tuesday May 20 through May 25, Testing and Fix pass. All Bug fixes must be approved by a Project Lead.
