Team Meetings are being held through Skype voice conferences unless announced otherwise. Agendas are to be prepared in advance. Meeting durations shall be approriate for the respective agenda but ideally not longer than two hours. The meetings are primarily intended for committers and prospects but interested users can ask for the right to participate in certain discussions as well.
