Overview

The oAW team has different roadmap plans for different time frames.

We released openArchitectureWare 4.2 on September 17th 2007. This release contains several bugfixes and provides small additional improvements.

openArchitectureWare 4.x

openArchitectureWare 4.2.0 is our latest major release, bringing many new useful features for the platform. Until end of this year we want to present oAW 4.2.1, primary with many more bug fixes and some new features.

openArchitectureWare 5.x

The long term plan considers openArchitectureWare 5. Version 5 will be integrate what we've learned from using oAW and will come with an additional languages codenamed Xtend++. It will unify Xtend, Check and XPand.
