Following features are planned for 0.2.0:
- add jinterop to Orbit (prerequisite for Utgard and the OPC driver)
- add snmp4j to Orbit (prerequisite for SNMP driver)
- move Utgard and OPC driver from openSCADA to Eclipse SCADA
- move SNMP driver from openSCADA to Eclipse SCADA
- client implementation of IEC 60870-5-104 protocol
