Eric and I have reviewed the EclipseCon 09 submissions in the embedded and mobile category. Here are our recommendations.
A = accept; D = decline. In some cases, we suggest changing the talk format. As you can see from the recommendations, we are over-allocated on the short talks by 3-4 slots. (A 30-minute short takes up 3 10-minute slots).
Instructions: To keep this simple, just indicate your disagreements with the table, i.e. if we've marked a talk Accept, but you think it should be declined indicate that, and vice versa.
