Worked on bug 326347. There are 4 possible solutions:
- tell the user to manually add the Orbit update site (current solution)
- create a composite repository including the Orbit, WTP and EMF repositories
- copy the metadata of org.w3c.sac and refer to the plug-in in the Orbit repository
- copy the whole org.w3c.sac plug-in to our repository
Holger will contact the P2 people to get the issue fixed. This is a major problem since Vex must work out of the box to get anybody to use it.

- worked on bug 298912 but has problems with git push; will add the changes as patch
- will work on DITA support
