This is a rough mockup of the Properties Report for COSMOS march 2007 demo.
Here are the notes for the numbered "pool balls":
- Title Area. Includes navigation links to the Nodes Report for this node's parent.
- Properties are name=value pairs.
- Property Values. They are not typed for the demo, but they can include markup that will be displayed on the report output. This is the easy-bake oven feature we may need in March. Future features of ME will obviate this, or at least attenuate the need for specific knowledge by the person who adds property information to the SML-IF document.
- Property values with lots of HTML markup allow a hyperlink like <a href="http://cosmos-demo/birtviewer/CBE?node=Machine_1">Click to view</a>
- Mouse-over hover text supplied by some browsers.
