This page defines the concept of AttributeId used in the Context Data Model 1.1.

Definition

The opaque value of an AttributeId is used to identify an Attribute within the set of Attributes of a single Entity
Some AttributeIds may be dereferenced to an Attribute Definition--which itself is an Entity. In these de-referenceable cases, the AttributeId is in fact an EntityId
